Designed by Simon Pearce and hand crafted in India working artisans work with stainless steel metals to create cheese knives inspired by traditional New England blacksmithing. The twisted blackened steel handles have a rustic wrought-iron look. The set includes an angled spade to cutting or crumbling hard, aged cheeses; a fork-tipped spear for slicing and serving firm cheeses; and a cheese knife for cutting wedges of soft and bloomy-rind varieties.
